Essential Oils: How to Get More Info

In my previous Essential Oil blog, I discussed the high impact Lemon Oil had on my life (and still has).  Stop taking it daily, and four days later, I become a slug, depressed, energy-less, life-less.  A zombie.

But there is so much more to know about Lemon Oil.  In fact, there is so much to learn about Essential Oils in general.  In future blogs, I will share some amazing discoveries I have made, generally by exploring a fabulous source of information via an iPhone and iPad app called M Essentials.

The M Essentials app logo is shown on the left.  This app is available for iPad and iPhone, and I believe it is also available for Android devices.  It contains a huge amount of information that will allow you to discover solutions to many medical problems that do not require medications and chemicals that have side effects – often serious ones.

For those of you who don’t have a smart phone or tablet, you can also purchase the book from Amazon here.  For me, having it available in my pocket in a high-contrast, searchable app is the better (and cheaper) choice.

Let’s look at the available information on just one oil:  Lemon.  Below are screenshots of the information available:

This is a LOT of information to take in!  Fortunately, the app also has a list of ailments, and you can locate a specific ailment and look at suggested oils that have been used for that ailment.  However, the specific oil information sheet, shown above, is a very valuable resource for self-education.

The items in the first list that were interesting in my case were:

  • Concentration
  • Depression
  • Energizing
  • Physical Energy
  • Uplifting
  • Kidney Stones

All of these were important for my situation, and reflect the impact Lemon Oil has on my ability to function and enjoy and participate in life.  Your situation may be different – and that is the whole point.  Each person will look at this information in light of their own issues and symptoms.

I always look at the “French Medicinal Uses” section, as well as Other Possible Uses.  In that section, I see:

  • Clarity of Thought
  • Energy
  • Memory Improvements
  • Sense of well-being

Those were also important in my situation.  A friend of mine was having trouble with memory, after several back operations with heavy medication.  I started him on Lemon Oil, and it helped a lot.  However, by studying other oils, and the list of ailments, we quickly discovered other oils that had an even higher impact on memory, such as peppermint oil, and frankincense.  My friend takes lemon and peppermint oil every day and his memory has returned to normal over a period of a few weeks, with major improvement in just a single day!  He continues to use them daily, as I do with lemon.

In future blogs, I will discuss specific discoveries I have made – some of which are not even in these incredible information sources!  Complete pain relief from back pain, elbow and knee pain, pain from burns, elimination of blistering from burns, destruction of skin cancer, and much more.  Stay tuned!
