Butchart Gardens has four seasons, where the flowers that are on display are different.  They have flowers from all over the world.  Unless you are a botanist, you will see flowers there that you have never seen before, and likely will not see anywhere else.

The gardens were built on an old mining site, so the ground was not even.  One area that was dug out was turned into the Sunken Gardens.  This image is just one of many from that amazing garden.  Enjoy!

We stayed at a local home via AirBnB, which was a delight.  It seems to be about the only way to find a place to stay at the last minute.
